All new coastal furniture added in the living area and dining area! New leather recliner, New sleeper sofa, and New dining table, and New Polywood balcony furniture! The BEST feature of 509 is watching the spectacular Gulf sunsets from your private oceanfront balcony and you can enjoy it with your furry friend!
Pelican Walk 509 has a king size bed in the bedroom and private bath with tub & shower. There is a NEW sleeper sofa (2024) in the living area and a FULL bathroom with shower in for guests. NEW 55" Smart TV's in living area. The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and an open concept dining & living providing wonderful water views from inside the condo.
Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 pounds or under.
