Gulfgate 412 - Pet Friendly 3 Bed - 2 Bath condo at Gulfgate Condominium. Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the sand! Gulfgate 412 is on Surf Drive near Thomas Drive and close to St. Andrew's State Park. Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums with only 5 floors.
Unit 412 is an end unit condo with easy access to the stairs and elevator. The living area is spacious with a sofa, love seat, & new recliner, and walks out to the Gulf front balcony! There is a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access and a lovely view of the Gulf! There is a queen size bed in bedroom #2, and a queen size bed in bedroom #3. The two bathrooms both have a tub/shower combo and the master bath has a double vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family! There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony gives you a beautiful view of the OCEAN and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf!
Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate can enjoy the following amenities: FREE Internet/WiFi, Free parking, private beach access, swimming pool, and a NEW!
