The condo was as listed on the web site. What it didn’t say was that the air conditioning did not work very well in the upstairs bedroom. It stayed hot up there even after the serviceman came and worked on it. The elevators stayed a problem all week, with one or the other of the two being broken, causing lines to be backed up each time we used them. Being on the 12th floor, we couldn’t exactly walk very easily. But, condo was in a great location, easy distance from the pool and the beach. Parking was readily available. The restaurant on site was good and prices affordable. We would stay here again if they could fix the a/c issue.

I'm not sure that I can put into words how disappointed we were in this property. The pictures online have to be the pictures from when the property was first listed. Everything was dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom the first night. The overhead light and fan in the front room did not work and we submitted a work order to have it fixed because it is very hot in Florida, it was never fixed. In the master bedroom there is a Brown Recliner that's a leather is peeling from because it is so old and the armoire that's holding in the TV has pieces missing from the wood. In the very front bedroom the mattresses are so old that the Springs can be felt, the shower head was hanging from the wall, and the smoke alarm was detached from the wall and in a drawer. The kitchen was okay except they provided one trash bag for 4 days the dishwasher was filthy and had dishes in it, and the ice maker did not work. The other bedroom downstairs had missing slats from the blinds so the people that were walking past could see in. Loft room had paint missing on the walls where you could tell that maybe a string of lights had been hung all around the room. The bathroom had what appeared to be brown or black stuff all around the seam of the wall and ceiling. The upstairs shower does not drain properly and by the end of a shower after the beach there was ankle deep water. For the amount that we paid we were extremely disappointed and immediately message The Host who only fixed the fire alarm
