Our NashShell Beach Cottage is Artistic, Fun, Eclectic, Funky & WAY cool. Its a HAPPY PLACE!
We features 3 generous bedrooms, with an Upstairs Primary En-Suite along with a fabulous custom kitchen & living area. Downstairs you'll find a king bedroom & a 3rd bedroom with 2 full beds & a kitchenette & laundry room. We sleep 8 max. Pets are considered with a non-refundable $225 pet fee & must be approved prior to your stay...max 2 dogs. Plenty of room for four cars to park! No garage access. Expect stairs to get to upper level.
Our house features multiple outdoor spaces including a sun porch, a covered outdoor living area that includes an outdoor tv, grill, gated area, grassy yard, deck, picnic table & umbrella, fire pits & side porch to watch the sunset. Nash-Shell is located near the lagoon, St Andrews State Park, Shell Island & the best location that PCB offers, close to all of the putt putt, go carts, and thrill rides, without all of the crowds. Your beach access is just a 5-minute walk, or you can park right at the beach and take your gear with you. Our house was remodel in 2021. Must be 25 years old to rent. No smoking or Vaping inside. NO PARTY OR COLLEGE GROUPS.

Girls Trip Success!!!

The house and it's owners are FIVE STARS! Comfy beds, room to breathe, and the outside area was wonderful at night with the breeze. Great place for girls trip, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms! Would also be great for family. Beach access is close and we never had a problem with parking. Safe, quiet neighborhood just far enough away from all the partiers. Highly recommend and have shared info with family and friends. Book it!

This property was super accommodating for my family. My 6 year old loved all the rooms /nooks and crannies he could find adventure in! My teen and her friend loved the 1st level and all the privacy it had like their own little living space. Everything you could need is offered in this house! We loved the patio area and having the beach wagon with accessories was super helpful and saved us from bringing our own! Thank you for sharing your cute home!

Nice neighbor hood and close enough to all you want to do. House furnished great and beds very comfortable.Huge issue if ice maker not working. We bought an ice cube tray to have ice :(They need a counter top unit.We plan to stay again!!!!

Wonderful beach house with great aminities in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. Plenty of things within short walking distance. Highly recommend!!!
