Welcome to paradise!! You won’t believe the location of this recently Renovated penthouse suite. RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! Not only do you have unlimited viewing, you will also find the comforts of this spacious place to feel more like home, fully equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay. Its hard not to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on the large deck that has a dining table and 4 chairs, along with 2 lounge chairs for mid-day relaxing, and two more chairs for extra seating.
The amenities are incredible. Two pools, hot tub, work out room, billiard room, complimentary beach chairs. Easy dining at the tiki bar down by the pools, and a variety of great restaurants close by.
You will be amazed by the view of blue gulf waters you dream about as you wake up in the master bedroom king bed. There are two bedrooms on both sides of the large living area making this ideal for separate families or groups. All 4 bedrooms are very large with plenty of closet space and a TV with Roku in each. A total of 2 king beds and 3 queen beds plus a bunk bed set make for ample sleeping capacity. The unit has 3 bathrooms including a walk in shower in one of them. There is a washer and dryer for your use in the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, including a Keurig. More than one chef fits in this kitchen! Enjoy taking in the views while cooking and eating around the dining table or the adjacent snack bar which allows for total seating of 12. Relax in the living room with a Sofa, loveseat and 2 recliners, big screen TV and a fireplace.

Amazing View
The view was absolutely amazing. We love our stay,plenty of room for everyone. However the condo was far from clean. It definitely needs a deep cleaning. There was also a mildew smell(assuming that's what the dehumidifiers were for) Once we figured out how to clean the filter on it,it worked much better and smell mostly went away. It would have been nice to have been informed on how to do this,I've never seen them in other condo. Again the view of the beach was absolutely amazing though.
