This small community has tons of amenities which include 2 pools (1 heated in the cooler weather), Boat Dock on Lake Powell, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard, playground and grilling pavilion. Easy access to 30A, Pier Park, Destin and Panama City Beaches restaurants/shops but without the crowds!
Being on the beach and Lake is special with kayak & paddle board rentals just across the lake ~ on site @ Camp Helen St Park.

We loved our vacation here. The condo is newly renovated and felt so fresh and clean. It is right on the beach and is a quiet place. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a short drive. We were so impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked…good cooking knives, mixing bowls, plenty of plates and silverware. The owners have thought of and anticipated every little thing to best accommodate guests. We will definitely be back. This place is absolute perfection! Don’t hesitate to book.
