Contacted them within hours of arrival to inform them that both patio chairs were broken and the reason I rented this condo was so my disabled friend who had never been to the beach could enjoy it when he wasn't able to get on the actual beach. The backs were broken and unstable specially for someone who needs stability when trying to get up and down and they pinch you. The bed close to the window was broken coke bottles was under it which made noises and kept falling out. I didn't even bother saying anything about the bed cuz obviously they knew when the beds were made the the place was cleaned cuz i noticed it when i checked the sheets for bugs or being dirty. The chairs were ignored til the last day when they sent someone just to take them. I said no just leave them my kids can at least use them. I was disappointed in the way they responded and getting too cheap chairs up there on the balcony that could have been a quick easy fix and allowed someone who had never seen the ocean to sit outside and enjoy it. Also there is absolutely no handrails or handles in the shower/ tubs or near so anyone that needs anything to hang on to there is nothing stable for bathing in either bath.
