Private home since 1956. Renovated in 2010 with updated decor in 2019. Get a taste of “Old Florida with broken tile floors. Home contains 1600 square feet with large inviting open concept living room/ dining/kitchen. Gas fireplace for winter visitors. Screened porch with large fenced backyard, gas grill, and chiminea for those summer evenings.
King master with 32 inch TV. Queen bedroom which opens into 3rd bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds. Ceiling fans in every room. One bathroom and outdoor shower. Laundry room with large washer/ dryer. Kitchen has coffeemaker, blender, toaster and dishes for 8.

This is a completely non smoking home. If evidence of smoking found total damage deposited will be forfeited.

Linens and towels for 8 provided.

Beach chairs for 4 adults and 2 children, small beach umbrella,
4 beach towels available for guest use.

Minimum rental age is 25. Responsible ( signing) party must be staying at the home for the length of the rental period. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental payments. This is a FAMILY RENTAL

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay, we love it and it’s our second time to stay here this year and we certainly plan on making this place our go to every time we come to the beach, we took our 90&93 year old parents here this time and the old school feel and charm of this 50s house was excellent for them to enjoy on this trip, Debrah is a most wonderful host and was very accommodating for us on this trip. If you get the chance to stay here we highly recommend it for every possible reason there is.

Bertie’s Bungalow – Panama City BeachLocation is everything, and Bertie’s Bungalow couldn’t have been more perfect! We were close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet had a peaceful retreat to come back to each day. Our dogs absolutely thrived here—the backyard was ideal for them to play and relax, and it gave us so much peace of mind. We truly got to enjoy our trip without worry. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Stayed here for 4 nights, it is in the best location. Just a few steps from the beach. The home is beautiful and cosy with all the amenities you might need. Kitchen is fully stocked and the rooms are very spacious.

Absolutely beautiful property, great price, very comfortable inviting feeling, perfect location, legit 2 min walk to but your butt in the sand. Property is close to a ton of great places to eat and fun activities. There are no cons to this place!!

I loved the house and it was perfect for the relaxing getaway we were seeking. The area felt safe and quiet. Easy access to the beach, wonderful yard that my pup enjoyed so much.
