Great location!

Seven of us, 4 adults, a teen and two children five and under stayed here during our hurricane Milton evacuation. Even though there were seven of us, we had room for more. The house is lovely and was clean and accepted our two pets. Love that they also had a fenced in yard. The neighborhood was quiet and easy walking distance to stores and shops. James was very engaging and an awesome host! Thanks so much!

First off I want to say that we had an incident that caused damaged and the host was very understanding of everything. However the house was is horrible shape as if it was left abandoned.. After looking back and making comparisons, the house was very different from the listing. The floors were dirty, nothing was organized properly, the shower curtain in the master bedroom had mold growing at the bottom, and there were bugs crawling all over the counters. We had trouble at check in where we were never sent the code to the house and couldn’t get in contact with the host. We were about an hour late checking into the house. I really appreciated the host because he had groceries delivered to us for breakfast. The house had a lot of damage to the doors, the walls, kitchen cabinets and counters. We had a 3 night 2 day stay and it was good for that. I am disappointed in the result we got of what we paid. Again, we did leave some damage and I’m very grateful the host was very understanding about everything however the house absolutely needs to be repurposed, cared for, and deeply cleaned if it has any future guests.
