What a great vacation at a fabulous house. Our Host was wonderful and answered all questions quickly. House was centrally located for the activities we had planned. The house was perfect for 4 adults. The front and back porches were very comfy. Pool house was a great addition. The pool was cold and was advertised as heated so a little disappointed. We only stayed 2 nites so we didnt make a fuss over temp. The house is in a great little community w Bradenton and marina only a couple miles away.

Comfortable cottage on somewhat busy street in Palmetto. Within reach of Bradenton beaches and near a couple nice nature preserves. Pool was always the perfect temperature and poolside offered sunny lounging. Communication with hosts was easy and helpful.

Nice property.

Really enjoyed our 2 day stay. If I can make a few comments...bbq grill caught fire (!) and needs to be cleaned. As a homeowner myself, I would recommend cleaning the debris off the roofs-especially the pool house. I would definitely stay there again.
