Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue is 6 minutes away (2.6 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 4.5 miles away (11minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 30-minute drive (11.7 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach and are only a 15–20-minute drive. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay, as a well-maintained Florida property. You may notice minor cosmetic wear or natural outdoor weathering ( common in humid environments ), which does not affect cleanliness or comfort. If anything needs attention during your stay, just let us know- we're happy to help.
