The hotel is beautiful and located near sites and shopping. The hotel staff is phenomenal especially Rafa, he took care of all of our needs. Charming, unique quintessential Boutique hotel nestled off the beaten path ( and very hard to find and access by car ) Old building , new hotel opened 10 months ago . The only complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor .

Stunning stay. Hotel is in a historic building located in the center of Palma old town. The remodeled space is gorgeous, so beautiful that it was hard to fully take in! The room was equally beautiful. The bar was vibey and fun with good cocktails. Staff and service top notch. Breakfast was decent but not noteworthy. If you have a car, don’t try to go to the hotel, parking is in a public garage offsite. Loved Palma and this was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the city.

Amazing bar for cocktails, above board breakfast and super friendly staff (shout out to Bruno who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and checked in on us. He definitely hustled and was proactive in making sure our needs were met). Amazing linens and sheets. For a small property this one definitely will be winning awards. Only downside was parking (didnt know we couldnt drive there so we parked nearby and walked to the hotel but NBD as it was super close and convenient)

From the moment we walked in and Jonathan took time to walk the property and explain the history to the friendliness and professionalism of the serving staff and the accommodating of my Gluten Free needs (which were amazing!) I can Not say enough. Add all this to the beautiful property- the location which is within 5-10 minute walking of all the highlighted sites, made this the perfect place to stay! Thank you Nobis- We had just left Copenhagen a couple weeks earlier- wish we had stayed at Nobis there!

Gorgeous stay

Overall the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The building is incredible, with so much character. We loved the breakfast, and the cocktail bar. The sun deck is gorgeous, but having the pool on the floor below isn’t ideal- it also feels like the pool is in the restaurant. I didn’t see anyone use it during our stay. The only other issue was the wet room/ bathroom- the glass door did not have a seal, so when you showered the water leaked. Not a great design. But overall we loved it and would stay again.
