It is situated in a very lively area, especially in summer, Arenal, famous for its long sandy beach Playa de Palma with its seafront promenade full of cafes and ice cream shops, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets and everything necessary to spend excellent holidays on the coast.



Amilcar House is a house with a special Mallorcan charm, where guests spend splendid holidays. The property offers a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a set of comfortable sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds, and an elegant bathroom with a bathtub.



You will definitely appreciate a spacious patio with a dining table and barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals or have a drink with your friends.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Tout d’abord très bon relationnel avec les gestionnaires du bien. Emplacement central très bien pour l’accès à la plage, les commerces …( mais donc bruyant). Maison propre. Les photos de l’intérieur de la maison ne reflètent pas tout à fait ce que nous avons vu en arrivant. Photos prises au grand angle, impression de luminosité qui n’y est pas, déco qui n’y est plus. Prévenir que la chambre du bas est sans fenêtre. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré en priorité c’est l’écoulement des toilettes qui n’est pas du tout au top. Raboter la porte de la salle de bain qui est difficile à fermer. Un miroir à l’étage serait un plus, peut-être dans une des chambres.
