Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Generally a Marriott is a fine place to stay, but this one needed some help. It had old, dirty carpet, a leaky ceiling by the front desk, and the pool and hot tub were not working and wouldn’t be for several days. The staff was nice, but the facility needed some attention.

Hotel is fairly new and clean but if the staff continue to ignore cleaning and maintaining this will become a less pleasant hotel. Located is the desert of Palm Springs what I’m saying is “scorching heat and pool out of Service” really??????? Need to do better
