The former home of renowned designer Arthur Elrod, this iconic mid-century gem has undergone numerous renovations—including repairing the roof—to improve the overall property without compromising the original atmosphere of this historic residence. With more restoration to come, midcentury fans will be able to see the incredible transformation as it happens in Palm Springs now and in the future.
This one-of-a-kind property is located in one of the most highly sought-after neighborhoods in the area—Old Las Palmas. Join guests at the sunken wet bar for refreshments before heading outside to the patio replete with outdoor furniture surrounding the stunning pool and new landscaping. Take in the area's natural beauty with south and west-facing mountain views.
