The Space
Step inside and discover a home that blends timeless charm with thoughtful design. Warm Saltillo tile floors and arched doorways evoke old-world character, while the airy open-concept living and dining spaces flow seamlessly into the outdoors through a wall of sliding glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances and generous counter space, ideal for gatherings over cocktails or a leisurely breakfast.

Every detail has been considered for comfort and ease: memory foam mattresses, Sonos sound system, Nest climate control, and smart TVs throughout.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Suite: King bed with cooling memory foam mattress, en-suite bath with dual vanities and soaking tub/shower combination
• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, memory foam mattress, direct patio access, and a dedicated work-from-home desk
• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, memory foam mattress, direct patio access
• Guest bedrooms share a spa-like full bath with tub/shower combination

Designed as a private oasis, the grounds of Casa Coyote invite you to slow down and savor the desert light. A lagoon-style saltwater pool with gentle beach entry sits against the mountain backdrop, perfect for sun-drenched afternoons. In a separate garden setting, a six-person in-ground hot tub offers the ultimate vantage point for golden sunsets or star-filled skies.

Multiple lounge and dining spaces—both shaded and sunlit—ensure every moment has its perfect setting, whether for poolside relaxation, intimate dinners al fresco, or late-night conversations under the desert moon.

Location
Casa Coyote offers the best of Palm Springs right at your doorstep. A short stroll connects you to scenic hiking trails, the world-famous Aerial Tramway, and local favorites like Boozehounds and Toucans. Downtown Palm Springs—home to acclaimed dining, shopping, and nightlife—is less than a mile away, close enough for spontaneous outings yet far enough to preserve the home's sense of peace and seclusion.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
