Beautiful views of the San Jacinto mountain ranges invite guests outside. Well maintained pools, hot tubs and tennis/pickleball courts are only steps away. The condo is conveniently located close to nearby shopping and dining options.
This stunning, fully remodeled condo, completed in 2024, features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, showcasing impeccable attention to detail. Both bathrooms are equipped with brand-new, beautifully tiled showers, while the kitchen has been completely renovated with a fresh, modern design.
All of the designer furniture is new and carefully selected. Each bedroom is thoughtfully placed on opposite sides of the condo, providing a tranquil retreat for guests.
Entertainment is easy with two TVs offering cable and Roku for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
For sleeping arrangements, the primary bedroom includes a luxurious King-sized bed, while the other offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have patio access.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a variety of appliances, including a kettle, two coffee makers, a toaster, pots and pans - ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Enjoy a meal in the airy dining room area. The dining room table comfortably seats 4.
The condo includes amenities for everyday living including in-unit washer and dryer.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (4 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (2 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
