So unclean when we came in. Staff was rude. The grounds where litter with cigarettes everywhere. The smell on the elevator was so bad it made sick. The bed sheets where so rough a little softner would help.

I previously wrote a review about the staff being super helpful and nice. However, the place itself is literally one star there are people not only living there, but the room smelled very musty and moldy, and was somewhat damp. The entire stay had to go to the gas station and get car fresheners. The overall cleanliness of the room was not good, but it was not due to a lack of cleaning completely it is also due to a lack of upgrades. The beds are horrible. They’re literally springs. The refrigerator was barely cold until the second full day.The pool was completely filthy and did not have any chlorine in it whatsoever they were children, jumping in and out while their parents sat in the car getting drunk and high, and they’re older kids were smashing lights in the back flipped over the only green bench there I am a very easy-going person and it was very difficult for me to spend the three nights there. I honestly just didn’t want to lose the money I had already paid. I wouldn’t choose this place again and it should be disclosed that this is also peoples homes.

this is on the second floor of this a constant flow of water out of this tube into the pipe, which causes the carpet in the hallway to be very damp and smell very wet. It also has a loud noise coming out of that room.

We were very disappointed on how the room looked!! I found a few bugs in the bathtub, one of the beds seems to be broken, the lamp over one of the beds didnt work, a light bulb in the table lamp flickered & the room smelled horrible!!! I did let the front desk know the next day. They offered us a different room so we looked at it and it wasnt much better. The 3rd room was a little better. We really didn't have a choice because we had reservations for 3 more nights... We also had trouble with the key. Everyday I had to go to the front desk and have them activate a new one. That shouldn't happen!! I will have to say the staff was kind. I do know now I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn Hotel again!!!
