One room on the main floor has a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, TV, and digital TV. There is also a separate WC on this level.
