Cozy apartment situated a few minutes on foot from the quiet and lovely Calella de Palafrugell beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Maximum capacity 8 people.



This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! On the ground floor with no lift, it has a furnished terrace to enjoy breakfasts in the sun with views of the pool.



Dining room with tv, Hi-Fi and direct access to the terrace. Renovated and fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, fridge, toaster, microwave,oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (150x200cm bed) with bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom (160x200cm bed), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90x190cm and 80x180cm) and 1 bedroom with a truckle bed (90x200cm + 80x200cm). Additional bathroom with shower.



This apartment is part of a very quiet development of only 18 flats with share of the communal pool, tennis courts, Basketball and Ping Pong. Garage included in price (5x2,4m). Free Wifi. Ideal for families.
