In a quiet Uptown neighborhood near Hwy 160, paved walking paths, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and breweries. Downtown Pagosa Springs and the hot springs are about 10 minutes away; Wolf Creek is about 40 minutes. The greenbelt setting offers scenic views and nearby outdoor recreation.

Guests have private access to the entire home and fenced yard except the locked garage, which is reserved for owner storage. A digital entry code and check-in instructions are provided 48 hours before arrival.

This custom single-level home has three bedrooms and two baths for up to six guests. The primary bedroom is separated from two additional bedrooms. Gather in the living and dining areas, cook in the full kitchen with small appliances and cookware, and use the laundry room's washer and dryer. The covered patio has a private hot tub and full-size propane grill. The garage is reserved for owner storage.

A vehicle is recommended. Downtown is about 10 minutes away, Uptown about 2 minutes, Wolf Creek Ski Area about 40 minutes, and Durango about an hour. Paved walking paths are available in the neighborhood. Winter visitors should plan for changing mountain weather.

Colorado weather can change quickly; bring layers and sturdy footwear. Winter visitors should be prepared for snow.

This home does not have central air conditioning. Ceiling fans and portable fans are provided; opening windows at night can help cool the home.

Guests may ask management about current availability of HOA pool and gym access. Up to two pets are allowed; please clean up after them and keep them off furniture and beds. Please supervise pets outdoors.

What a wonderfl home away from home. We had a great time in Pagosa. The house is close enough to town, hikin out the back door, quiet, clean and well stocked house of everything you need. We will be coming back to this house again.

Great Property, very clean and the host team was very responsive. Very comfortable to sleep there Hot Tub was excellent! Different grill then was pictured smaller but we made it work and had a great time. Overall great experience!

Pagosa Charm

This was a great location and space for a family and pet gathering. It was conveniently located near town but away enough to be able to easily access hiking trails with the dogs. The manager was swift in responding to any concerns and got this resolved without delay.

Nice pet friendly home

We had a nice ski vacation with our two Cavies! They enjoyed the snow in the fenced backyard. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked most of our meals. The beds were comfortable and living room was spacious with a large flat screen tv. If you are traveling with your fur babies this is a great place to stay.

We were traveling with our two dogs from California to Kansas and it was a great clean comfortable stop over for our babies. The only bummer was having to check out by 10:00 am. After traveling for eight hours with the dogs we were tired!! Great home though in a quiet neighborhood!

Amazing getaway

We live in Denver and come through for my partners birthday. We took our dogs to enjoy a great getaway from the city. The town was super cute and the house was amazing, cozy and so very quiet. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard. I am usually a nervous mom about my pups being out of my site. But they were safe and so happy. Would definitely come here again in the summer months

Great neighborhood, nice property

The neighborhood is peaceful with great walking paths, very dog friendly. The property is nice with a very secure fenced yard. The grill didn’t work properly and should be replaced or at least a disclaimer that the starter is broken and it doesn’t stay lit. Also, to watch TV other than free content on Roku you have your own provider sign in. We didn’t bring that and a heads up would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Pagosa Springs. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a great place to relax after spending the day exploring the area.One of our favorite features was the hot tub—it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. We also enjoyed having the small grill available so we could cook outside and take advantage of the beautiful mountain setting.The location was excellent, just a short drive from downtown Pagosa Springs while also being close to the San Juan National Forest, making it easy to enjoy hiking, sightseeing, and other outdoor activities. The home was well equipped, comfortable, and made for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing home base to explore Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area.

We had an amazing stay at the home. The home was clean and well stocked. And at night, with the windows open and the fresh air coming in was perfect. The area was incredibly peaceful. We weren't able to bring our dogs this trip, but definitely would recommend it as the outdoor space is perfect for your four legged family members.
