Incredible Views, Perfect Location, Room for all

We are a family of 10 2 babies. This home was perfect for our trip! There’s so much living space and so much to do. We loved that there was a pool table, ping pong table, and a foozball table plus lots of board games! TV’s in every room. There was a good size kitchen and tons of kitchen utensils. There was plenty of room for all of us and if our family continues to grow, we know there will still be room! It was very well kept and clean. Seriously sooo clean! The check our instructions were clear and easy. We loved this home so much! If we find ourselves in Pagosa Springs again, we will absolutely be back!

Awesome house and location in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Our family of 10 plus one bff loved the place. We came and went but usually met for at least an evening meal and time on the deck. The view is wonderful and the house is tastefully appointed. Be sure to check out the fantastic wire sculptures all over the house, they are incredible as is the other art. The younger set spent their spare time in the game room and one made it his place to sleep! Even though we picked a hot week with some daily showers, the house was so comfortable without air-conditioning. The fans were great and the cool mountain air was our air-conditioning. So wonderful! This is a great place for multi-generational families and especially birds lovers. My husband counted 18 species at the bird feeders and around the grounds. We all hiked, explored the railroad and hot springs and other sights around the area. Just lovely! Thanks, Julie for being a hostess with the mostess and we hope to come back someday.
