You will find open plan living aplenty in this uber modern, yet wonderfully comfortable property. Downstairs in the main house the living areas flow seamlessly with the spacious and contemporary combined kitchen, dining and living area all with underfloor heating throughout. We love the neutral tones of this house combined with the accents of green and azure; a nod to the coastal-country surroundings. This sociable space has a magnificent green kitchen which is perfect for those who like to cook up a storm, or great for booking in a private chef to prepare a special supper.
In the winter warm yourself by the dual-aspect fireplace which flanks both the living area and the snug which is tucked away in the room next door. This area is perfect for reading, relaxing or perhaps for a night-cap beside the fire.
On the first floor you will find four beautiful king bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, plus one family bathroom for the other two rooms to share. The Master bedroom features a sumptuous king-sized bed plus wrap around bay windows, making it lovely and light, plus a modern neutral toned ensuite. Across the hall there are three further delightful bedrooms each with their own individual interior touches. On the second floor you will find another king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well.
Annexe
The annexe is the perfect additional space for a large group with two stylish and comfortable king bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and a further double bunk room, great for kids to share and have fun together. There is also a family bathroom. A spacious living room and small kitchenette complete the configuration.
Outdoors
This end of terrace property has a lovely landscaped garden with separate patio area complete with built in Big Green Egg BBQ.
An electric charging point is available in the driveway.
The garden also boosts home to a separate studio space perfect for a morning workout or yoga session. The light streams in from the two sets of french doors, which can be opened up to let the fresh air in when the weather is fine.
