The property is ideally situated for golfing and walking holidays and is very close to many of North Cornwall's best beaches.

Bedroom 1: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and comfortable seating. French doors leading to patio garden.

Bedroom 2: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Views over the garden.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with 3’ beds. Pine bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and comfortable seating.
Under stairs cupboard with freezer.
