Rafters Apartment with parking

Rafters occupies the first and second floors of Althea House, giving a cottage-like feel.  On entering Rafters you are greeted with your own, private lounge equipped with a 4K TV. Extensive, complimentary tea and coffee facilities are provided along with a Nespresso Coffee machine and a selection of coffee pods.  The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the lounge and has solid granite worktops, full size fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a solid oak dining table in the kitchen from which you can enjoy views to the trees opposite.

Rafters en-suite bedroom is situated at the top of the house and enjoys beautiful views over the rooftops of old Padstow to the estuary and hills beyond.

Rafters has a Laura Ashley king size bed with a pocket sprung mattress.  The en-suite bathroom features a large roll-top bath, perfect for long relaxing soaks using our complimentary toiletries, as well as a separate shower enclosure.
