Tucked in the corner of the development is Choca, a welcoming and sunny cottage with a sheltered patio garden. With comfortable two bedroom accommodation and open plan living area, enjoying a lovely bright atmosphere throughout the cottage, Choca provides all you need for a break away near the sea.

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a spacious open plan living area; with kitchen and dining space to one side, comfortable sofas in the lounge area to the other side, and a calming theme throughout. Corner stairs lead up to the first floor where you can find a great sized master room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds and a neatly positioned shower room in the middle.
OUTSIDE SPACE...
In addition to the communal courtyard areas, Choca has a private patio garden tucked in the south corner where you can enjoy the rays in your own secluded spot.
