I booked two rooms for me and my family, for a whole week. Our experience was not great. The room offered a shuttle bus from and to the airport, but when trying to get it to be dropped off at the airport the front desk said it was not applicable since we didn’t book it directly with them. Second, there was no refrigerator, no Ice machine or disposable cups. Third, since there is also a Casino in the first floor anyone can walk in, the area where the guests stay had no security door. I noticed they have tenants that live there and they did have a security door. Fourth, food service is very slowwww. Fifth, the shower bathroom faucet was very old and it splattered everywhere when in use. Sixth, TV was not just a turn on and off bottom, you had to press various buttons in order to get in use and if by any chance you pressed on the wrong button it disconfigued the whole TV. For the price me and my family paid this hotel was not worth it.
