This step is required to verify your identity in accordance with Japan’s Minpaku and Hotel Law, as well as regulations in Kumamoto Prefecture. As hosts, we are obligated to collect and submit your personal information to the local government. While your ID may have been verified by the booking platform, we must complete this verification to ensure our business operates legally. Please be aware that the booking will still be subject to our cancellation policy upon confirmation.



Ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to receive your check-in instructions and access code for your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!



NO PETS ALLOWED:



Pets are not allowed during your stay. If your reservation includes a service dog, kindly inform the property management in advance. This will allow us to provide you with the necessary house rules and ensure that we can assist you appropriately before check-in.
