"The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was great. The room was great. Check in was a nightmare due to a lady named carol. I booked the room for my daughter calling ahead of time. To make sure she can have a late check in because she was driving across texas for her.To be turned away by carol and was literally sleeping in the parking lot.When I called her to see if she was in her hotel at four a m. After a twenty minute argument on the phone with miss carroll, my daughter was able to get into the room that I had already paid for. I feel that it would have been seamless. Ifcarol wouldn't have made it so difficult. In the end, she was apologetic and i've got my daughter into her room, but it shouldn't have had me having to call at four o'clock in the morning and continue to argue with this woman until she allowed my daughter in the room.It was ridiculous behavior."

"I was truly surprised at how wonderful this budget motel was. The room was in perfect condition, and I mean PERFECT. Very comfortable bed with great pillows! The entire room was pristine and sparkling clean. No disgusting worn carpets anywhere! If I had time I would stay another night. I felt safe and there was zero ick factor. Highly recommend for all 'budget' travelers. You will not be disappointed with this place. When you first drive into the driveway you will be fooled because it's a little rough and the motel is set back off the road on a little rise in a somewhat rough and tumble little town. I am so glad I found it! "
