Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. We didn't have breakfast. The property is a little aged, but we appreciate the value. No extra charge for a second person. The trip was unexpected, so every savings helped.

The room was clean and accessible from outside. Had to accommodate 3 dogs, which was $10 or pet. Ice machine room was locked . "Continental breakfast" consisted of coffee, cereal and power drinks only, but you could take what was available even in the evening .

You may notice that the hotel is priced much lower than nearby options. It's a little dated, but it's clean, the beds are comfy, and the staff is friendly. Plus there are cats.

I was not greeted by the staff when I checked in. I was not happy that the carpet was so outdated and had HUGE noticeable stains. It honestly looked like it was original carpet and maybe from the 70s. The curtain covering the patio door was also falling off the rod. The furniture and bathroom fixtures in the room were definitely dated, but functional. This place needs a major renovation. There were several cats roaming around the property as well. Just passing through for a quick overnight stay. I would not stay here again and did not even get to check out there continental breakfast.

Perfect for my needs. Convenient to the highway, excellent Indian restaurant across the way, could be walkable. Clean but rundown. Exactly what you’d expect at this price point in this location. I didn’t stay long enough to access the courtyard or pools. Smooth and polite check-in and great parking outside my room. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to stay east of Ozuna except for an I-10 traveler passing through. Excellent for a budget traveler who isn’t picky.
