Staff were great, but the AC in the room was HORRIBLE! Didn’t matter how how we put the thermostat at, it kept blasting freezing air, specifically in the bedrooms. Both myself and one of my parties caught a bad cold and massive headache because of the air conditioning. We even asked someone to come in and check it out but it didn’t really help much. Mind you this was during winter time, when outside temperature was -24!

Very nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Room was big a clean. Staff super friendly and helpful . The only what I did not like was mandatory resort fee of $44 per night. I booked my stay through Expedia and it included the fee When I arrived they said I have to pay it. And when I mentioned I was pretty sure it’s included they said that it SAYS in their system that it was not with my reservation. I checked it myself and indeed it was included so they didn’t charge me. Did not feel great. Have I not checked I would’ve double paid for it. Not sure if it is on their end or expedia’s. Otherwise, great hotel.
