This is a budget property with outstanding location. The pictures are correct regarding the views and the distance to the private beach. That being said, the rooms are small, clean and parking is close to the room. I will say that if you are ok with a small clean room ..then you will be fine. Check in and out was smooth and if you pay by debit, there is no upcharge. Internet is good. The views are very good.

Room was clean and very comfortable. There was a play area and pool for kids. It would be much more fun in summer. The VCR and DVD players and the selection available was interesting and nostalgic. But VCR did not work in our room. It was a pleasant stay anyway. There was no microwave in the room. But we have to walk down to Rec hall to use microwave and toaster. Overall, a good place to spend the weekend.
