Rooms are always temperature prepared prior to visiting. Summer - AC is on, colder weather the heat is set at a comfortable temperature. Always my number one place to stay.

Staff and management were wonderful and offered great suggestions for things to see during our brief visit. This was a lovely property with very comfortable bed and two chairs, which is nice not to have to lie on the bed the whole time. We didn't take advantage of the microwave or fridge, but they are nice to have when travelling. Outside there were two barbecues set up for guests to use. Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut and the Tipsy Fox pub Re a short walk from the motel. We had a fabulous meal at the pub.

I’ve stayed at Night Inn Owen Sound a number of times in the past six months, I’m always 100% satisfied. The rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly, check-in is very efficient and I always get an excellent sleep, the property is very quiet. I will certainly return next time I go to Owen Sound

Frank during check-in was very nice, but make sure you read the small print, they have a lot of extra fees you can occur if you’re not careful. I didn’t occur any extra fees, but for those of you that smoke or vape you can’t do it anywhere near the front door of any of those rooms you get caught it’s 500 bucks..

clean homey rooms. pleasant, kind staff. air conditioning isnt the best. i think that was mainly due to outside being colder than inside and it probably made whatever temperature sensor it had think the room was colder than it was. it was nice to be able to park right in front of your room.
