Had a great couple nights here. The room had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Rooms are small but clean. There is a pool if you wanted to swim and the beach is only a five minute walk. The downtown is very close as well. Kincardine is a beautiful town!

Best deal for the location! About a 10 minute walk to the main area of town along the waterfront. Easy to park, and great for getting in and out of town easily. The room was exactly what we wanted and clean. The floor seemed damaged and some of the floor tiles were coming up likely due to water damage. It was clean just fine, but we tripped over the raised panels a few times.

Terrible motel with terrible service. They make their own rules, and ruin your vacation weekend for their own personal greed. People who operate businesses like this are not good!

I have used this place last year, although new owners, the service and the safety of the motel hasn’t changed. It is a great place to stay. There is a pool and fire pit, I will return next year for sure Kim

The pillows and bed were comfortable and the AC worked well. The room and property were clean and we enjoyed the fire pit on site. We didn’t get a chance to use the grills or pool but both areas looked clean as far as I could tell. There were plenty of hangers and there was a fridge and microwave and a full length mirror. There were no unpleasant odors to worry about and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect and it was easy to find. Only downside was what appeared to be a little mold on the shower curtain and there’s no light directly over the bathroom mirror. The outdoor lights are also on at night which attracts bugs but they provide a fly swatter in the room which we were able to use to shoo the bugs away before entering the room so we didn’t have a problem. We will definitely be back!
