Check in was efficient and friendly. Our room was spotless and surprisingly large. The location was perfect - quiet and a few minutes walk from the town centre. Free ice and coffee were nice touches. Would definitely stay there again.

This is THE place to stay in Tobermory if you're visiting. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Enjoyed our stay, but went to the Princess Hotel for dinner, on the recommendation of the receptionist. Only there one night waiting for the ferry. Would have been nice to see more side tables and reading lamps beside the two queen beds. Only one table shared between both beds.

The rooms and motel itself were exceptionally clean. The receptionist was beyond kind and courteous. However- after a day of hiking the thing we looked forward to was showering and heading to bed. Unfortunately the shower not only did not dispense any pressure, there was ZERO heat
