This is not about property, it is about Expedia, I booked a trip with Expedia (itinerary #73233530023609) but mistakenly entered the wrong date. I immediately called their customer support and explained that I only wanted to change the date — not cancel the booking. The agent assured me they would contact me within 72 hours. Nobody ever followed up. I called again and was told the same thing, with no real action taken. My case number is 18012669, but it feels like once Expedia gets your payment, they stop caring about the customer. Very disappointing experience, and I will think twice before booking with them again.

The property is located in the Blue Mountain Village at the base of the ski lifts. There are several restaurants and bars as well as many unique shops and stores. The ski resort offers summer activities as well, such as gondola rides up the mountain with hiking trails, activities for kids and adults. We participated in the Zip lines and the mountain sledding which were both amazing. This was a very pleasant experience and stay!

Bad: Our bed was well used and for some reason the feet area was higher than head area. Good: Sept travel, great free parking and several activities included and well used during our weekend stay. Gutair trail very entertaining.

I’m not exactly sure how to rate my experience, I felt booking through Expedia was not the best way, until I arrived I had no idea which area I would be staying at, check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful, underground parking was really a nice feature considering how quickly the parking lot fills up, Although I felt the signs were not large enough so got turned around a lot before finding the right spot Finding an elevator/ stairs from the parking lot was challenging, but made it through with some frustration Once we found our room, we had a very wonderful experience, and will return again now that we have the lay out of the place

Upon check in we were able to have another room moved so we were all on the same floor and we had friends arrive 2 days later and were also accommodated to be on same floor! Love that parking and some of the activities were now included with our stay- that came as a surprise and we made use of them!

Very entertainging and solitude can be found within the village. My wife and I are refreshed after spending the whole weekend there. Many restaurants, food venders, shops and activities that are sure to catch the eye of any visitors. We will be back soon because there is so many things still to do there.
