We have stayed at a few resorts at the blue, but we are very impressed with the mosaic. While the rooms are older, they are perfect for families and joint family parties. We came with our friends and had our room upgraded so we can enjoy dinner with them in our room. It had enough space for 10 ppl and plates & utensils. If also had the larger fridge, full oven and large dishwasher. The beds are a bit harder than expected, so we didn’t have as much of a restful night. The hotel is close to activities ie pond lake, dining and has convenient parking. We will definitely book here again next year!

Room advertised as 2 beds. Double mattress is comfortable. Pull out is awful. An adult can not sleep comfortably on that. It should not be advertised or charged as sleeping 4. Total rip off.

We had an extremely disturbing experience during our stay. At around 1 AM, we found a mouse in our room, which was both shocking and completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted the front desk, and they told us they would bring a mouse trap to the room. No one ever showed up. We waited, followed up, and still received no assistance. Worse, they didn’t offer to move us to another room, provide a refund, or make any real effort to resolve the issue. The lack of urgency, accountability, or basic hospitality was incredibly disappointing. We ended up spending a sleepless night in a room we didn’t feel comfortable in, and the staff clearly didn’t care.
