Clean and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and recently updated. Only issue was some regulars that stay long term make being outside a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise great location to the beach and local restaurants are a walk away.

Our room was dated, but clean. The guy at the front desk was so polite and helpful. The grounds and outside was disgusting…Ash trays everywhere, and people hanging out smoking pot and cigarettes. Garbage piled in corners.
