"Sofa bed" was a couch, not a sleeper, no extra bedding provided. No host, no lobby, no employees on site. So odd. We arrived at 11pm and went to sleep exhausted, three of us (two adults and one full-sized teen) on a full-sized bed and couch with no sheets or pillows. I emailed about the sofa the next day and asked for a discount for false advertising. I didn't hear back until the next day, which is the day we were checking out. Their response was, "If you would have emailed sooner we could've helped." What? It was a two-night booking. Would not return. Never got a response to my second email.
