The Space:

Our spacious 4-bedroom home is a perfect retreat for families and groups. This home offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful setting just 10 minutes from Ithaca. Easy access to Cornell University, Ithaca College, and downtown dining, or explore nearby waterfalls, hiking trails, and state parks. Unwind in the hot tub, gather for game nights, or simply relax in the cozy living spaces. Whether here for a weekend getaway or an outdoor adventure, this is the perfect home base.



Guest Access:

Please note that this home is a completely private home! We offer the house as a 6-bedroom, 5-bedroom, or 4-bedroom to accommodate all family sizes during certain seasons. When renting out the larger room options, you will get access codes to easily enter the bedrooms.



Other Things to Note:

This space offers one fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates cups, etc. Two dish towels and 1 roll of paper towels.

We provide 2-3 toilet paper rolls each bathroom along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

One bedding set for each bed, including all linens.

We prioritize your privacy so you can enjoy your vacation uninterrupted. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your stay.
