The desk staff were friendly and efficient. The building could use some updating and minor maintenance, but is clean. The bed itself was comfortable and clean, but the room overall had dusty tables, as well as poorly vacuumed corners and edges. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. Breakfast had a typical motel selection. Overall this is an acceptable place to stay, but could be better.

Friendly front desk staff and they make efforts to accommodate requests positively and promptly. They need to pay closer attention to the housekeeping. Stain and strand of hair on the small towel. Didn’t look changed. Mirror and sink faucet in the bathroom actually had dried splatters, obviously was not wiped from the previous occupant. Kitchen sink was dirty.

Our first room was not clean, had a musty smell and visible mold on the ceiling. We were moved to a different room which was acceptable. I do not feel rooms with visible mold should be utilized for any guest.

We had to rent two rooms and despite booking about 2 weeks in advance we couldn’t even be placed on the same floor. The beds were smaller than the standard double/queen that we were expecting. At 11pm my family in one room experienced a large amount of water from the bathroom ceiling, ruining hygiene products, toothbrushes, etc. and her phone didn’t work to call the main desk with sleeping kids in the room. We enjoy having breakfast at hotels to save some money on meals out while traveling but this morning all the serving dishes for hot options were empty and we had to wait between 10-15 minutes for someone to come check and refill them.

Staff are very nice, both morning and evening. Random overnight stay when driving through. Location seemed a little rundown (stores across the street are closed/abandoned) but felt safe. Room was clean but bathroom shower needed attention with dirt/mold in the shower door track. Would stay again. Price was right and included breakfast saved us time and money. Drove into town and enjoyed some local music (Friday night at Original’s Owago bar).

This facility was an absolute dump…. Grungy towels, mold all around the bathroom, had to use my shoulder to open and close the door to the room, wanted to use the laundry but one of the washers was broke and they were disgustingly dirty and no fan in the bathroom.

The room was quiet and the price was decent. There were a couple little housekeeping quirks, such as an empty rug tape package being left on the desk and a rogue pretzel stick on the floor by the bed, but overall a pretty clean room. The breakfast room was large and was nicely decorated for fall, with plenty of hot breakfast options.

The worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The bathroom mirror was COVERED in toothpaste splatter, the faucet as well, there was absolutely no hand soap in the bathroom, the sink in the kitchen area was beyond gross, the floors were so dirty that after taking a shower I had a brown footprints walking through the bathroom, the handles of all doors were riddled with handprints, I could go on forever. After going down and talking to the front desk, he tried to move us to THREE different rooms, all of which had the exact same cleanliness concerns. We were told that we had to clean our own room because there was no cleaning staff on. We were literally given cleaning supplies and rags and had to go back to our hotel room after working all day and literally clean our own room. Management offered no resolution other than to take $50 off of our stay and offered to give me points that I could use toward another visit. The points were never deposited into my account, and when calling to follow up three days later the manager accused us of stealing a pillow and said that she refused to deposit points due to this. I ended up having to call corporate to file an official complaint because I am absolutely disgusted at this entire experience and the lack of concern from management regarding the cleanliness of their hotel. Not to mention we were advertised a breakfast buffet and ended up getting nothing but a continental breakfast that you would find at any other hotel. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
