The Fairfield is by far the best place to stay in Northfield. The rooms are clean, staff amazing, breakfast is satisfying. The best feature is the underground parking.

I did not have hot water for my stay. The property staff did nothing to inform me that their water heaters were not working— and left it for customers to find out on their own. They also did not keep us informed of the status. Because I booked through Expedia I was offered some reward points, but considering a hot shower is one of the primary reasons people book hotel rooms, the compensation is no where near what it should be. I would not recommend this hotel.
