This historic 1898 home is on Main Street in Ouray, Colorado, and has a private driveway for parking. We are located directly across from Fellin Park, Ouray Hot Springs, with easy access to the park and dog-walking trail. We are located right on Main Street, a short walk away from all the restaurants, shopping, and downtown hangout spots. You will be centrally located for any activity.

The interior is an open-concept living space with a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room, which is perfect for entertaining. Excellent views of the surrounding town and mountains. Whether you want to relax after a day of hiking or soaking or spend time with your guests, the Min Level Haven Condo is certain to meet your needs.

The main-level condo will have access to the side yard deck with a table, chairs, and a gas grill. This unit is the entire first floor of the house.

Ouray is known as "The Switzerland of America" because the mountains rise straight up out of town. Its small mountain town vibe is rooted in its mining history. You won't find a better place to "escape from it all" than Ouray.

Our house is centrally located, within easy walking distance to the Hot Springs, Uncompahgre River, hiking trails, and downtown Ouray, which features local restaurants and shops.

* Second Bedroom -Bunk bed ( full over queen)
* Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa
* Garden Room- Single bed.

We are a pet-friendly place, and we love our furry friends. For a $100 pet fee, you can bring your four-legged friend with you on vacation. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Please do not leave your pet unattended and pick up after your dog. Please be mindful of your noise level.
