We loved everything about our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The decor was stunning and the furnishings were just perfect for being comfortable. Everything we needed or wanted was supplied. The view and the sound of the river is so relaxing.

Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet

This is a lovely property on the outskirts of the charming town of Ouray. We used it as a homebase to ski Telluride and Purgatory ski resorts, but it would be and equally fantastic spot to visit in the summer to hike to the nearby recently accessable dinosaur tracks or take in the hot springs or a mine tour. Very clean, quiet and comfortable accommodations. We hope to return!

This property is beautifully decorated. I also appreciated that it is was well stocked (detergent, trash bags, plenty of towels), well equipped kitchen. We brought beach towels but they had some available for use so you could save yourself from packing them. I greatly enjoyed my morning coffee on the back deck listening to the river. We walked to town for dinners and ice cream and it was only about 15 minutes. The hot springs water park is only a 5 minute walk. FYI…you are able to bring your own snacks and come and go throughout the day with your day pass. They did close the kids play area (slide and obstacle course) in the evening. The hotter pool was for 18 and older. I would absolutely stay here again!We had two adults and 4 children and it was more than enough space.
