It’s a Condo. Clean and comfortable and hotel like. Furniture was alright and bed was comfortable but had body impressions. Missing silverware and glassware per list. Kitchen table un level due to leveling screws missing. A piece of folded cardboard kept it from rocking. Had issues with blow dryer, larger burner on stovetop and TV. These were addressed the next day after calling Customer Service a couple of times. Was told regarding the table and burner, ‘It’s the Owners Responsibility.’ But no communication, bc we didn’t know if maintenance staff would come. They showed up with no notice. They did replace the blow dryer and fix the TV. Liked the new grill but no grill utensils or a grill brush to clean it. Loved the Box Canon and hiking the Perimeter Trail. The town is hilly like SF. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Ouray.

Best place we have stayed lately. Fully outfitted and well equipped and decorated. Easy access to the road. Could easily spend a week or two here. Everything works. Very nice vibe. You won’t regret this one.
