Everything was wonderful but I do have one complaint. In the room, there's a sign in the wall saying additional towels are available during your stay but when I asked the front desk, the first thing he said was " why do you need additional towels?". I think it's none of his business and he he shouldn't have asked guests that question, and then he said he could swap dirty towels with clean ones. The sign said we could request more towels. I didn't like the way he responded to my inquiry. Did he think I would steal hotel's towels? They're just regular towels. I just left feeling not happy. Please tell him to respect guests more.

Location and quality

The location is fantastic and we were able to get a room that had a king bedroom and a king in the main room which made it so nice while traveling with family. The pillows were a little weird but that’s the only negative comment I can give.

It was a charming motel. It was very clean and comfortable. We were given coupons to eat breakfast at a nearby restaurant. It was really good. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the room very clean, bed very comfortable. We were in a room on the main road and didn’t hear anything. Loved how cozy felt and was. I felt like I was in my own bedroom. The breakfast was very good. If I’m in Ouray again I would like to get the same room. It was worth the money.

This was our second time staying here. We stayed last year and had such a great experience we booked again. We have stayed at other places in town and chose not to book them again. The rooms are very clean which is most important to us. It is an older hotel, but don't let that scare you. They have remodeled and they are nice comfortable rooms. This time after we left we received a call shortly after leaving because I had left my jacket hanging on the coat hanger behind the door. We both double checked the room before leaving but since it was behind the door we missed it. So nice to get a call and since we were still in town we went by and picked it up. I highly reccomend staying with them you won't regret it. It has become our go to place while staying in Ouray! Thanks again!!

Great little property on the south side of Ouray. Everything is walkable from here. Beds were comfortable. As with everything in Ouray it’s quite pricey for what you get.

Best Vacation Location Ever
