Condo style property with washer/dryer, stove and full—sized fridge. Visible damage in the room - chipped mirror, dented wall, bathroom fan that sounded like constant drilling. Note that this is not a typical hotel with daily housekeeping included in the price. If you want that it’s extra fee. Description says “smart tv with Netflix”, when asked, staff provided conflicting info whether Netflix is included, not a dealbreaker but just inconsistent info. Convenient location, steps to sparks st and parliament

Hotel was new, located in the heart of downtown Ottawa. Rooms are equipped with quality appliances. Available underground parking. Room service was decent, sometimes receiving requested items hours later though. It was a good stay nonetheless.
