Really happy with our stay! Comfortable room, friendly staff, good food, nice gym, great vibe, and a fun play area for kids/adults/ family ( Greqt ideas btw! ) . The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and we loved that everything felt brand new. We had a small issue with the room lock, but it was fixed right away. We’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely spaced out - we got a 2 queen room - and it was really nicely done The lounge area was fantastic and the bar was nice and cool vibe Parking was really secure and we were within walking distance to all the places you'd want to visit when I Ottawa. I'd go back. It was a great place.

Very nice for the hotel to offer a complimentary drink for each guest. Cleaning staff was too diligent, my son left his drink and toy in the corner of a bench in the lobby and the next minute it was gone. The room we stayed had a periodic awful smell throughout the stay. We love the layout of the room!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel as I was provided a room with a very deficient toilet and no matter what they did, it did not work. This is a brand new property. They were nice and tried to be helpful but the property is lacking I checked in at 8pm or so and reported the toilet when going to bed. I had to go down to report to because I did not have a working phone. They came with a plunger and said it was fixed, but not really. Next morning I reported it, they came to fix it and said it was, but not really. Good thing I asked them to leave me the plunger. I reported it again. I left and when I came back that evening I was offered to move to a new room but it was 9:30pm the night before check out. I opted to keep using a plunger and use the lobby bathroom. I will add that while doing laundry, the washer malfunctioned and kept my money. At 2am I will say that the very helpful people helped me and refunded me at check out. Nice place, but my stay was more like staying at a brand new hostel, a very expensive one.

Only complaints: pool was not yet open, and the coffee makers didn’t work (we had 2 during the course of our stay and neither got the job done - both nespresso brand so that was a surprise) Otherwise the staff was amazing, the room was perfect for a family of four with two different sleeping areas (the washroom separated the two beds. The hotel design is modern and still very comfortable. A great main floor lounge area with games to spend an hour or two. Highly recommend!

Hotel was great price was right locations pretty good A little bit close to a dicey area but you can avoid the homeless with a little bit of self-awareness it's just part of what goes with downtown living in Ottawa. Everything said it was a great trip and Id definitely go back there
