We checked into Homewood Suites by Hilton Ottawa Downtown on January 13th after traveling across the country and checked out today, January 20th. We truly could not be more pleased with our stay. Our room was perfect, and the view from the 14th floor was absolutely stunning. Every single staff member we encountered was exceptional—friendly, warm, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The daily breakfast that was included was excellent and a wonderful way to start each day. During our stay, my wife became very ill after eating dinner at a different establishment. The staff at Homewood Suites went above and beyond, helping me identify an emergency department that could properly treat her. Their care, concern, and quick assistance made a stressful situation far easier to manage. This team surpassed all of our expectations. Their professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression, and we are deeply grateful for the experience we had here. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa.
