It’s was good experience, parking is a bit low so if you are driving a truck you won’t be able to park and I really think that water bottles charge is completely unnecessary knowing the fact that people are paying hundreds of dollars for their stay. I’m sure hotel can afford to handout few water bottles per room.

Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a fire alarm that sounded due to a technical error by the maintenance staff of the hotel at 1:30 AM. Having to evacuate a toddler at 1:30 in the morning was not pleasant. Afterwards the staff had difficulty stopping the alarm, so we had alarms flashing and sounding for over half an hour in our rooms so we could not sleep. The lack of sleep affected our actvities for the day, and made the drive home afterwards dangerous due to lack of sleep. Unfortunately they refused to refund the stay. In my opinion when booking a hotel you are paying for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep, and in this case the service was not rendered. So I am unsatisfied with my stay and would not return.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle to the airport, which is one of the reasons we stayed here. The room was clean. Breakfast was not included, which is the first Hilton we have stayed at that did not have free breakfast.
