The staff were great. The service and cleanliness were perfect. The room itself was excellent. I went there needing a room because of a flood at my house. After I explained this to the concierge, he offered me two free breakfast tickets, which were very much appreciated. In fact, that’s the type of thing that makes me go back to hotels for a second and third time. Great service all around, and don’t even get me started about the food at the restaurant there. The food was awesome! I had the seafood risotto which I highly recommend. And the breakfast was delicious too. The bacon Benedict was very tasty because they used real hollandaise sauce, which is very rare nowadays anyways. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again. It’s in a great location with endless things to do and shopping of every kind within walking distance. Thank you to everyone at that hotel who helped me forget about the flood at my house!

Loved the improvements, especially the removal of carpeting in the room. The room sparkled, bed was very comfortable and we were always acknowledged by staff with a smile. We did not use the restaurant as it was only fine dining and no alternate choice for simpler meals.
